Shipping Policy

1. How much does shipping cost?

In the United States, you can choose the Standard mode for free shipping if you spend more than $30, and the Express mode is $10
For other countries and regions, the fee calculated by the carrier's system shall prevail (the fee will be automatically calculated and displayed when placing an order for payment)

2. Shipping fee for countries/regions outside the United States: $20

3. How long will it take to get my order?

The time depends on the region and the shipping method chosen. In the US, customers typically receive their shipment within 2-4 business days
Standard shipping orders outside the US take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive.

United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding your regions.
Canada, Luxembourg, Mexico, Austria, Germany, Norway, Czech Republic, Monaco, Singapore, New Zealand, Italy, Belgium, France, Poland, Australia, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland , UK, Netherlands, Spain and Europe: We will try out best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.
International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that LuneVille does not have any control over duties and taxes.
